Forgotten Ground Regained

Ursula K. Le Guin

Ursula Le Guin (1929-2018) was a noted American science fiction and fantasy author, best known for her Earthsea fantasy cycle, for her groundbreaking science fiction novels, including The Left Hand of Darkness, Rocannon's World, and The Dispossessed, and for her equally groundbreaking short stories, including "The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas".
She was also a poet. Her alliterative verse includes To the Rain in her final book of poetry, So Far So Good, and alliterative poetry embedded in her Tales of Earthsea, including "The Dragon Council" in The Other Wind and "A Description of Earthsea" in Tales from Earthsea.
