George Campbell Hay
George Campbell Hay was a multilingual Scottish nationalist poet and translator. A Symbolist, he wrote poetry in Scottish Gaelic, Scots, and English, and occasionally in French, Italian, and Norwegian.
His alliterative poetry includes:
