Forgotten Ground Regained
Cassidy McFadzean is the author of three books of poetry: Crying Dress (House of Anansi, 2024), Drolleries (McClelland & Stewart 2019), shortlisted for the Raymond Souster Award, Hacker Packer (M&S 2015), which won two Saskatchewan Book Awards and was a finalist for the Gerald Lampert Memorial Award. She holds an MFA in poetry from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and an MFA in fiction from Brooklyn College. Her MA thesis Riddlehoard, a collection of riddles in alliterative verse, was awarded the Governor General’s Academic Gold Medal from the University of Regina.
