Annie Finch is a noted American poet, author of multiple collecitons of poetry, literary esays, and handbooks on poetic craft, including Eve, Spells: New and Selected Poems, The Body of Poetry: Essays on Women, Form, and the Poetic Self, and A Poet's Craft.
She has written various poems in alliterative verse, including the following two from Eve, though they are reprinted in Spells: New and Selected Poems:

She has also published an alliterative verse translation of the Old English poem The Seafarer on her blog.
