Dennis Wilson Wise
Dennis Wise teaches literature at the University of Arizona where his research focuses mainly on epic fantasy, Tolkien in particular. He's earned awards for teaching, scholarship, and service, and served as reviews editor for Fafnir: Nordic Journal of SFF Research when it became the first academic journal to ever win a World Fantasy Award. In 2024, Dennis published his first book, Speculative Poetry and the Modern Alliterative Revival: A Critical Anthology.
