Geoff Boxell
Geoff Boxell was born in England, but he and his wife moved to New Zealand in 1969. He has had an interest in English history since childhood. In the past he regularly acted as a guest lecturer for the Waikato University on English history, and has written extensively on the subject. He also participates in historical reenactment events as a longbowman. His alliterative poetry includes On Senlac Ridge (Withowinde, 120, p. 17, Winter, 1999)
