Pedro Poitevin is a bilingual poet and mathemetician who loves to play with forms and constraints (most notably the palindrome). His poem "Sueño de la Cercanía" earned the 2021 Juana Goergen Poetry Prize for the best Spanish-language poem written in the U.S. that year.
His alliterative verse includes the poem Antimatter, which plays with palindrome-like mirror arrangements between the words before and after the caesura.
