Frida Westford is the pen name for author Lary Smith.
Frida Westford is a member of the Society For Creative Anachronism, where she is known as Meistara Jofridr Thorbjarnardottir. Several of her alliterative poems appear in Dennis Wise's critical anthology of modern alliterative verse, including:
