Beth Morris Tanner is a science fiction and fantasy author and works for the US Government in IT. She is a member of the Society For Creative Anachronism and edited the Ars Poetica Societatis issue of the Compleat Anachronist (#67). Several of her alliterative poems appear in Dennis Wise's critical anthology of modern alliterative verse, including:
