Submitting Poems to this Site
The purpose of this site is to encourage the writing and reading of alliterative poetry in Modern English. I will be publishing alliterative and accentual poetry, essays, reviews, and other material as it becomes available. If you have written a poem appropriate for this site, and would like it to be considered for web publication, query the editor by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Or if you prefer, submissions may be sent to the following address:
Paul Deane, Editor
If you send submissions by surface mail, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope for return correspondence.
If you have published materials elsewhere on the web which are appropriate for this site, and wish Forgotten Ground Regained to include a link to it, please correspond with the editor by email.
The small print: Unless otherwise agreed, authors of works published on these pages will keep all rights to their work except the following: (a) they grant the editor permission to publish their work on the web; (b) they grant the editor nonexclusive reprint rights, in case there should ever be need or demand for an anthology of materials previously published on this site. Simultaneous submissions or previously published works may be considered for publication here, and authors remain free to submit their poetry for publication elsewhere, provided that web publication on this site is acknowledged.
If I link to material posted on another site, copyright status depends on the owner of that site. I cannot vouch for the copyright status or permissions on other people's sites; however, I will remove links to illegally posted material on the request of the copyright holder.
